Wraps

You may start carrying your baby in a Girasol wrap from birth and use your wrap until your child is a toddler. Even after your babywearing days there are many ways to use your sling – as a blanket, a hammock or a swing.

For healthy and comfortable carrying it is important that the baby is carried with slightly spread legs (spread-squat position) and can snuggle up when tired to block out stimuli.

The Girasol babywrap is woven in a slightly elastic manner (not to confuse with a stretchy wrap!), "diagonal-elastic" is the specialist term, and due to this quality it nestles to the baby, snug like a second skin.

Our woven wraps are available in many colours and several weaves. Whether you prefer subdued colours or you like your wrap to be bright and colourful - we have designs for every taste!

Please note: In our on-line shop, you can select the size you need using the filter function. Thus, you see at once which design is available in „your“ size.
If a design is not available in the size you need, just send a short message to info@girasol.de and let us know. Then we will check if we can cut down a wrap for you, free of charge. Needless to say, you only pay the price for the shorter sling.
